Your coach will work closely with you in developing a program that puts you in peak condition and primed to achieve your goals.

Whatever your level of ability or aims, our job is to work with you and provide a realistic, well-balanced program that helps discover your very best.

Your program will be delivered to you fortnightly and backed up by a ‘coach consultation’ service. This is hugely beneficial for both parties in ensuring your program remains realistic and flexible enough to roll with life’s ever-changing circumstances.

In today’s fast-moving and ever-evolving world where we get pulled from pillar to post, there’s never been more need for flexibility as we address that all-important work/life balance.

Our pre-written training programs allow you to train at times that suit you best and stay on track as you work towards your goals.

The next best thing to a personalised program is a pre-designed one! Follow our month-by-month program and get seriously fit!

Why follow a pre-written program?

Flexibility

Pre-written plans work extremely well for those with busy home and/or work schedules therefore may struggle to commit to regular scheduled group training bound by a rigid structure, facility opening times and club training timetables.

Cost

Working to a pre-written program is a cheaper way of training than club membership or specific individual tuition such as 1-2-1 or personalised training plans.

Training approach

You may be a ‘lone ranger!’ Great for those who simply prefer the more solitary training approach.
